Get Involved
I am running independent. I need all the help I can get to get on the ballot, spread the word, and get signatures.
Whatever you can do, it will make an impact.
We can't take back control of our lives by having more options unless you step up.
We have teams formed. We are ready to go.
We just need you.
Fill out the form below.
we start building on day one
Energy & Electricity
I'd bring transparency and real pressure to rising energy costs. We're all upset about BGE but right now, there’s nothing you can do about it. We can change that by: Requiring clear public reporting on rates, outages, and complaints Making sure residents have a real voice in rate decisions. Not just the PSC. Explore ways to use our numbers to get better pricing or alternatives over time When thousands of people are paying attention and pushing back, things don’t get ignored.
Housing
Lower housing costs by fixing a system that’s slow, expensive, and not working for anyone. Renters are getting squeezed by rising rents Homeowners are getting hit with higher taxes, fees, and limited options and it can take years just to get housing approved That delay drives up costs and everyone ends up paying for it. We fix that by making housing faster, smarter, and more coordinated. I’ll push to: Set real timelines so projects don’t get stuck for years Cut through red tape so good projects actually move forward Make sure communities are involved early so development works for the people who already live there Focus on the types of housing people actually need, not just what’s easiest to build More supply where it makes sense = lower pressure on rent, taxes, and home prices
Healthcare
We can start setting up access to care without the middleman driving up costs. A lot of what you pay for healthcare isn’t the doctor. It’s the system around it. We can: Expand direct primary care so you can pay a simple monthly fee and actually see a doctor Use larger group purchasing to lower costs for families and small businesses Build local access points so you don’t have to jump through hoops to get basic care Less bureaucracy = more affordable, more accessible care
This is how costs actually come down.
Not by hoping a piece of legislation fixes everything.
Not by waiting for things to change.
By fixing how the system works and making sure people are actually involved in it.
Because when people are organized and paying attention, projects are completed faster, costs come down, and decisions start working for the people living here.
I’m going to use the levers of power directly and effectively.
That means:
-
supporting ordinances that require public tracking of performance and timelines
-
helping to tie approvals and funding to clear benchmarks and coordination across departments
-
assist in using zoning and land use decisions to force better planning and outcomes
-
support holding agencies accountable through oversight hearings and public reporting
-
and making sure residents are organized and involved early so decisions never happen behind closed doors
EDUCATION
There are strong ideas already around accountability, workforce pathways, and community involvement.
I will make sure they don’t stay ideas.
I’ll support:
-
a public stat tracking dashboard so families can see what’s working and what isn’t
-
budget oversight tied to clear performance and resource transparency
-
formal partnerships between schools, workforce programs, and local employers
If we’re funding it, we should be able to see it and improve it.
PUBLIC SAFETY
We already know what works.
The issue is consistency and follow-through.
I’ll use the seat to:
-
support public tracking of hotspots, repeat calls, and response data
-
support coordinated action between police, code enforcement, public works, and community partners
-
help prioritize funding for prevention and stabilization, not just reaction
If the same problems keep happening in the same places, we don't just respond to the sympton. We fix the root cause.
INFRASTRUCTURE
This is where government fails people the most.
Projects get announced but not finished. And if they do, they only work for developers, not residents.
I’ll change that by:
-
supporting a public project tracker with timelines, status, and accountability
-
help to tie funding and approvals to clear delivery schedules
-
support requiring coordination across departments before projects move forward
If something is promised, it should be delivered and residents should be able to see the progress.
THE DIFFERENCE
Most candidates talk about what should happen.
I’m focused on making sure it actually does.
That means:
-
using legislation to set standards
-
using budget power to enforce them
-
and using oversight to make sure nothing slips through
Pair that with organized residents so the system isn’t just managed better… it’s actually accountable to the people living in it.
